Our hand-made gin is not only named after the polymath Albrecht von Haller – it is also like that: full of free spirit and convincing in every area.

By 1736, when he planted the botanicals for our present gin, Albrecht von Haller was already an outstanding expert on medicine and the natural world, and also a poet.

3 cl Von Haller’s Gin
Tonic Water
A slice of ginger

Mix your Von Hallers Gin and Tonic Water in a glass on ice. Stir before serving. Serve with a slice of ginger.

5 cl Von Haller's Gin
3 cl apple juice
2 cl honey syrup (1:1)
3 cl lemon juice
2 cl egg white

Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake. Add ice. Shake again. Strain through ice cubes and garnish with a slice of fresh apple.

5 cl Von Haller's Gin
4 cl Lime Juice Cordial
1 cl fresh lime juice
a large slice of fresh ginger

Crush the ginger in a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients. Add ice cubes and shake. Serve in refrigerated Martini glasses.

6 cl Von Haller's Gin
10-15 basil leaves
2 cl lemon juice
2 cl sugar syrup

Crush the basil and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add the lemon juice, gin and ice cubes. Shake. Pour through a fine strainer on ice cubes.
